Hi MOZs, A few months ago we were updating our website and used a staging site to do so. Soon after we realized that it was indexed by G and shown in Search so we removed it to be indexed. The staging site has since not been visible in search except for 2 links that I just found out about today. My question is how to remove the staging site URLs being shown in MOZ as crawl issues or remove completely? I want to do this because the digital reports are connected to MOZ and it shows there are currently more than 400x 4xx errors which are all because of the staging URLs. I already marked to ignore the issues but they are still showing in. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

We are MOZ pro subscription, we want to change our keywords that we are tracking. Before doing anything I want to download our current keywords for our records. Better yet, if I could download in excel, i could do some sorting and such. Can't find how to download our 1,900 keywords in MOZ that we are tracking.  Help?

Hi all, My rankings have not updated from last week - latest date is still showing as 1st April. Has anyone elses not updated? Thanks, Jack

My client's site is down and the web host gives says that Moz is the reason why. "The fact that your site was limited is because the traffic generated by Moz. This is why I have suggested to block their IP addresses." Now we have unblocked the IP addresses and as you can see your site was limited again. Hi Moz community, My Moz Pro writes 555 duplicate content errors, when i click on the page address to check witch page duplicate, it gives me the same page address without WWW. http://www.domain.com/page Duplicated: http://domain.com/page The first thing i checked is my .Htaccess file.. , I found out i have a www redirection that redirect everyone without the "www" to the full domain with the "www" - and it works perfectly on the browser. The code that redirect: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www.
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L] I'm trying to figure out why Moz Pro gives me these errors, Thanks in advanced 🙂

Hey guys Im sure this question has been asked before but I could not find it. I promised I looked hard. I hooked up my account three days ago. For some reason Google Analytics is showing that I am indeed getting some good traffic to my site. But Moz is reporting zero zero zero across the board for anything and showing I have zero back links which is not correct. I thought it would eventually start working but its not. Any suggestions?

Hello all, hoping someone can help - couldn't find anything on this subject in the Q&A already... I'd like to associate some existing Moz analytics campaigns with a different Moz Pro account, is this possible? I know I could just start a new analytics campaign in the different pro account, but I don't want to lose all of the data Roger has already collected on the site; I feel it would be a tragedy after all his hard work, and it wouldn't be convenient for me. Hoping someone can help!

Hello, I have at present a problem with my campaigns.
