Hi all, We have recently implemented the schema.org structure for our breadcrumbs. In our breadcrumb we include a link to the homepage. Since implementation I'm receiving the following error in Google Search Console: Either "name" or "item.name" should be specified The error is being triggered because we don't have itemprop="name" defined for the homepage on each page. Our breadcrumbs look good in search but I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this error and what can we do to fix it. Should itemprop="name" be our Brand name? Or should we define this as our root domain? Thanks in advance

Hi, I am New Here in community.. My site Ranking Well in google But From Last two month its rank and traffic got down,  i am worried about my site. and now when i created a new account on moz and check my site I saw there is a  Spam Score: 5 /17 For my domain www.getmp3songspk.com I have Total indexed 1,132,913 url in google indexed Give Me Suggestion   How can i remove bad links on my site. Seeking Help.

We are planning on redesigning our homepage and are thinking of moving the location of our blog. Currently it is part of the main menu with a tab "Blog and News" Links to the top news article are also displayed below the fold. I checked with Google In-Page analytics and the news articles main link get 0.1% of the clicks and the blog&news don't get any clicks. The Marketing VP wants to move Blog&News to a link below the fold... which seems like it will send a message to Google we don't care about it and get it even less traction than we currently have in terms of visitors. Any suggestions of what we should do with it?

Dear Moz Community, first of all excuse my bad english, i am from europe and my english is not the best 😉
I use Moz Analytics for several days and try to figure out why our "main keyword" totally dropped after our domain change. We started this year with a new company name and a new domain. Our old domain was dp-hochzeitsfotograf.de and the main keyword we try to rank for was "hochzeitsfotograf" which means "wedding photographer" here in Germany. Last summer we reached position 1 and short before our domain change we still ranked on position 6. We register the domain change in google webmaster tools and redirect all urls via 301 redirect to the new domain. Our new domain name is yourheyday.de and all rankings adopted pretty good except our main keyword (now position 62) which could break our neck the next few month. I would be so so happy and really appreciate if anyone of you have an advise for us. Thanks and many greetings from europe

I have an odd question concerning SERP rankings on Google along with PageRank and Google Trust. I have a website created in HTML with a WP blog created in a sub-directory. I am finding that the blog is getting relatively good rankings yet it seems the root domain is not getting any of the rank or trust passed onto it as it consistently is outranked by the blog. In fact, for a few of our targeted keywords the root domain does not even show up at all, yet the blog does. Our blog is #2 in Google SERPs, a top Google Place ranking, a Youtube video in the top 10 and a Google Ad place somewhere in the mix of first page ads.  The root domain is nowhere to be found. Is there something I need to correct either on the site, in Google Webmaster or in WP Settings that I am not aware that is pushing all the Google Rank and Trust to the blog instead of the other way around? I considered changing the WP Site URL to the root domain thinking it will pass more SEO mojo to the root. But I don't think this is the way to go. I am kind of at a loss, any help is appreciated.

My client has a site hosted with a company that allows very little customization including I am unable to add a blog to the site.  As he has a fair amount of time & money invested in the site, he is reluctant to start over.  So my question is this.  His blog is currently hosted off site, would it benefit him if I had them add a cname or a record to show his blog at blog.mydomain.com?  Or does Google recognize that it is still a separate site and treat it as such?  Finally does it matter how they set it up cname, a record or redirect?  This is definitely not my area of expertise (if that is not already obvious from the question!). Hi, I have a blog that has thousands of URL, the blog is a part of my site. I would like to obsolete the blog, I think the best choices are 1. 404 Them:  Problem is a large number of 404's. I know this is Ok, but makes me hesitant. 2. meta tag no follow no index. This would be great, but the question is they are already indexed. Thoughts? Thanks

Howdy SEOmozers, I've noticed that I rank very differently in Bing and Yahoo compared to Google (and it’s the bad kind of different) for many of the terms that I'm targeting. Can anyone give some advice on how I can put this right or link me to some good resources about the differences in their ranking algorithms? Thanks Paul
